Easter & Long Weekends
Organise a few friends or a couple of families together
and even our peak rates for holiday periods and long
weekends can seem low for a quality home sleeping up to
14 people.

Bond
A bond of $400 is required from guests. We return bonds promptly.
Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the rent is required to secure your booking. For
Christmas and January bookings a 50% deposit is required.
Balance
Payment of the balance of rent and bond must be made 2 weeks before
your holiday starts.
